Hi, I am Annette Neugebauer the Heart Children NZ Adult Cardiac Liaison Nurse based at Green Lane Hospital.
This is a new role in the organisation created to liaise the care for adults born with a heart defect.

ACHD DOWNUNDER
This new service is a Forum for Adults with Congenital Heart Disease in New Zealand. This group is founded to help with networking and communication for adults born with heart defects in New Zealand. The group is hosted by Annette.
The group can be used as a notice board for ACHD related information and can help ACHD patients to share experiences.
