Early Childhood Health Team: 0-5 years and Child and Youth Team 5-17 years: public health nurses, social workers, Maori community health workers, dieticians and medical officers.
Paediatric Home Care Team: services for sick children in their own home; provided by district nurses and dieticians.
Child Development Team: specialist services for children with disabilities provided by occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers and speech language therapists.Needs Assessment and Service Coordinator: assessment of the need for services for children with disabilities and coordination of those services.
