Accessing & updating your personal information
You can ask us what information we hold about you by contacting us at the National Office. It is important to keep your information up to date by letting us know of any changes.
If you are Under 16
If you are 16 or under, you must get your parent/guardian’s permission before you provide any personal information to Heart Children NZ (including the Zipper Kids). If you do not have permission you are not allowed to give us your personal information.
How do we use your information?
Heart Children NZ is responsible for collecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1993. Any information we collect is stored and processed in New Zealand. Other than as set out in this policy or as required by law, your personal information is not shared with third parties or used in any other way unless you consent.
